When I play high E, why does it say 'wrong string'?
There are a few things we can explore to troubleshoot:
Please attempt to bow the same string within the Tuner tab.
Consider using headphones, as background noise can sometimes interfere with the app's sound detection.
Please make sure that your microphone settings within your device is turned on.
Try logging out of the app and then logging back in.
Uninstall and reinstall the app on your device.
