First, I recommend double checking to see if you're logged in to your authorized Apple Store or Google Play account. If you are still having trouble, you may have to reset your password. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to https://www.trala.com/create-account and complete the form.
2. Once you have completed the form, please click on the blue button on the bottom that says 'Create My Account' to submit. Filling out this form will overwrite the last password you entered. (Remember to use the same email you used to sign up for your account)

Once you have completed the form, your login credentials will be updated with the new password you entered.
