How do I cancel online?
In order to cancel your subscription, visit Trala.com and click Login in the upper right corner or via the drop down menu if you are on a mobile device.
From there, click Account & Subscription on the left side.
Select Manage subscriptions
Your billing page will open up, where you will see a Cancel plan button.
Tip: If you need a break from billing, but plan to resume in the future, you will have the option to Resubscribe. After canceling, you will still have access to all available lesson credits, but will not be charged until you resubscribe.
I logged in at Trala.com, but do not see my subscription?
First, please double check the you're logged in with the same email address that you subscribed with.
To see which email you are logged in at view the General Info within the Account & Subscription tab.
