How do I find the Zoom link for my lesson?
Visit and log in at the top right corner at https://www.trala.com/ using the email associated with your account.
On the left sidebar, select 'Lessons' icon if it’s not highlighted already.
On the top of the screen, you will see your next lesson. Click on the dark blue button that says 'Join this lesson.’
A new window will appear where you can launch zoom by clicking the ‘Open zoom.us’ button.
Please make sure that Zoom is downloaded on your device/computer and that the audio is set to ‘High Fidelity Music Mode.’ For more help on this, click here.
How do I reschedule my lesson?
Visit and log in at the top right corner at https://www.trala.com/ using the email associated with your account.
On the left sidebar, select 'Lessons' icon if it’s not highlighted already.
Click the ‘Reschedule’ button within the lesson you would like to change.
From there, a new window will pop up with options to Cancel or Reschedule your lesson.
Kindly know that in order to respect our teachers’ time and preparation for each lesson, lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours before the start time. If you need to cancel your lesson within 24 hours of your scheduled time, please contact support@trala.com or your teacher directly. Keep in mind that a refund or credit is not guaranteed for last-minute cancellations.
I don't see any lessons scheduled. How do I schedule one?
Visit and log in at the top right corner at https://www.trala.com/ using the email associated with your account.
On the left sidebar, select 'Lessons' icon if it’s not highlighted already.
On the top of the screen, click on the dark blue button that says 'Schedule a Lesson.’
A new window will appear where you can select your teacher, lesson length/date/time.
Select ‘Schedule this lesson’ button at the bottom and then click on the dark blue button that says ‘Confirm.’
