Creating an Automatic or Recurring Schedule
For students to have consistency in their lessons, Trala offers automatic schedules for weekly or bi-weekly subscriptions.
If you didn't set up an automatic or recurring schedule when you first signed up, you can set one up in your account at Trala.com
Log in at Trala.com
In the center of the page, you will see a button to Create an automatic schedule.
Turning Off an Automatic Schedule
Log in at Trala.com.
In the center of the page you should see your current automatic schedule.
Click Cancel this schedule
Important: Canceling a current automatic schedule will also cancel all lessons associated with this schedule. If you have lessons on the schedule that you plan to attend, do not turn off your automatic schedule until after these lessons.
Changing an Automatic Schedule
If you need to change your automatic schedule, you will need to first turn off your current automatic schedule and then create a new automatic schedule.
