Where can I manage my account?

  1. Visit and click "Log In" in the upper right corner.

  2. Log in with your email address and password OR use your Google or Apple account.

    1. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password?"

  3. Once logged in, you will be on the "Lessons" page by default.

How do I change my email address?

  1. Log in at the

  2. On the left sidebar, click on the 'Account and Subscription' icon. Then select 'Edit Details’ within the General Info Section.

How do I change my name or phone number?

We are currently working on adding this feature to the student online account settings. For now, please contact support and our Student Support team will take care of this for you.

How do I contact my teacher directly?

  1. Log in at

  2. On the left sidebar, select 'Contact Us.’ Then a new window will open and select ‘Send Us a message.’

  3. Select ‘Chat with my teacher’ > Choose your teacher’s name and follow the prompts.

How do I contact Trala support?

  1. Log in at

  2. Once logged in, simply click the "Contact Us" button on the left sidebar. A chat will pop up where you can contact support.
